The founders of Baran Company have a construction history spanning over half a century. Their first collaboration in construction began with their participation in the project of the Vocational Technical University of Mashhad, where they started working in the executive sector. They always nurtured the dream of creating luxurious complexes with the best and most modern facilities. Finally, after executing other national projects such as hospitals, schools, nursing homes, and several residential projects, they realized their vision in 1994 by initiating the construction of the first luxury complex named “Baran.” The unique features of this complex gradually became recognized in the capital, and over the past 22 years, it has led to the construction and operation of 16 residential and commercial complexes under the “Baran” brand.
